A study by UNICEF reveals that over 2.68 million children in India suffer from various disabilities, out of which 1.5 million children are severely impacted.
To address this pressing issue, the Care & Love Foundation was founded in 2014 to cater to children diagnosed with autism, MR, ADHD, and physical disabilities. Taking it a step further, the Foundation recently opened foster care for specially-abled girl children. Located in Vizag, India, this organization has become a beacon of hope to all the girl children who are left neglected by families due to their disabilities.
Pennam Foundation, in collaboration with ‘The Care & Love Foundation,’ will sponsor the well-being of these children. All the donation proceedings will be directed to the children’s holistic well-being, including healthcare and education, and any other requirements the foster home may have.
