PENNAM FOUNDATION planned to DISTRIBUTE a e-Sign Meta a learning app for Children with Hearing Impaired; designed with a vision of “an equal education for children” and making a learning approach of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) accessible to deaf students. In particular, Goal-4 of the SDGs and Article 17 of the Indian Constitution, which calls for quality education for all children regardless of gender and disability, acted as inspiration to PENNAM FOUNDATION.
To provide an e-learning app to Students with Hearing-Impaired, so that they can gain equity in education and instill confidence in becoming productive members of society.
To ensure that hearing-impaired students can access education through the technology in the same way as other students.
To encourage hearing-impaired students to perform better on exams and get more marks by teaching them subject matter in Indian Sign Language.

This e-learning app offers easily understandable instruction to deaf children who cannot receive special education due to the extremely low resources available in our country for special education and children with special needs.
